We are looking for an experienced Head of Commercial to lead a commercial function in Africa, with responsibility across Sales, distribution, retail, projects and exports. ???? What you’ll lead Commercial strategy and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Revenue, profitability, margins, collections and market-share delivery Distributor and dealer network development Retail operations, showrooms and customer experience Project sales, key accounts and business development Export channels and market expansion Pricing, commercial governance and performance management Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Production and Finance ???? What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Sales & Marketing or a related field 15–20 years of overall professional experience 7–10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience Strong experience in distribution, retail and project sales Proven success delivering sustainable revenue and market-share growth Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical and leadership capabilities Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Building Materials or other product-based businesses. ????
