Business Unit Head

Job Description : Business Unit Head (VP) – Operations & Profit Center -North India We are looking for an experienced Business Unit Head to lead end-to-end operations and P&L management for an automotive manufacturing business. The role will be responsible for EBITDA improvement, profitability, operational excellence, and multi-plant management across plastic injection moulding facilities. The candidate should have strong expertise in automotive plastic injection parts, TPM, OEE improvement, productivity enhancement, cost optimization, and plant-loss control. Key responsibilities include driving operational KPIs, reducing manufacturing losses, improving quality and delivery performance, optimizing manpower and machine utilization, and strengthening process discipline. The role will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop plant leadership teams, and ensure achievement of business targets through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, cost reduction, and operational excellence practices. Exposure in Plastic automotive parts is mandatory. Work exp : min 22 years ( Btech Engg Mech) Salary budget : 80 to 95 LPA
