Job Description : Experience: Relevant experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management ???? Qualification: Graduate in a relevant field preferred We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and timely order processing for an international opportunity in Ghana. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock reconciliations. • Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, near-expiry, damaged, and obsolete stock. • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and dispatch. • Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve storage and distribution efficiency. • Verify sales invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and dispatch documents. • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Procurement, and Logistics teams • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. • Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and MIS reports. • Ensure accurate stock management and minimize inventory discrepancies. ???? Ideal Candidate Profile: ? Strong experience in warehouse operations and inventory management. ? Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems. ? Excellent team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ? Experience in stock reconciliation, order processing, and dispatch management. ? International/Africa experience will be an added advantage.
