COUNTRY FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : COUNTRY FINANCE MANAGER NIGERIA 10-15 years experience Own overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for Blume Distribution. Strong commercial finance/business partnering orientation. Category/brand/SKU/customer/channel-wise profitability and margin analysis. Evaluate pricing, schemes, distributor/customer margins and commercial proposals before implementation. Strong working-capital management with particular focus on receivables, collections, inventory and ageing. Monitor inventory health, slow/non-moving stocks and financial exposure. Develop robust sales forecasting and forecast-accuracy governance in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain. Cost-to-serve analysis across customers, channels, logistics and business verticals. Establish clear profitability/P&L visibility for different business verticals. Coordinate closely with the factory/manufacturing company on transfer prices, product costing, claims, credit/debit notes and reconciliations. Ensure strong commercial controls around customer credit, schemes, marketing expenditure, POs, claims and other business commitments. Lead monthly financial/business reviews and provide meaningful insights rather than only reporting accounting numbers. Challenge Sales, Marketing and other functions constructively on profitability, working capital and financial implications of business decisions. Ensure statutory, tax, audit and financial-control compliance through the appropriate team/advisers. Build and strengthen finance processes, MIS and governance as the business scales.
