This leadership position requires a strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and the ability to improve efficiency while maintaining product quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Direct manufacturing operations to support production targets and quality requirements. • Ensure manufacturing processes align with applicable regulatory and quality standards. • Oversee production planning, capacity utilization, and operational performance. • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve production challenges. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve efficiency. • Monitor operational risks and support a strong culture of safety and compliance. Key Qualifications & Experience • Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. • Significant leadership experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing. • Knowledge of GMP principles, quality systems, and manufacturing controls. • Experience leading production teams and operational improvement programmes. • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
