Job Description : REGIONAL RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER NIGERIA SUPERMARKET & HYPERMARKET. Location: Nigeria West Africa Age max 45 Lead and manage multi-store retail operations across country for a growing supermarket & hypermarket chain. Responsible for driving store performance, operational excellence, and regional expansion in line with company growth strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee supermarket & hypermarket setup exceeding 25,000 sq ft Manage multiple stores across multiple regions - Nigeria & Congo Drive Store Operations KPIs: sales, inventory, staffing, compliance, customer experience Lead, train, and develop store managers and operations teams Implement processes for efficiency, cost control, and service standards 18-20 years experience in Retail Industry only Proven expertise in multi-store, multi-region retail management Strong background in supermarket/ hypermarket operations & setup Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: Up to USD 4,000/Month + Food Allowance + Bachelor Accommodation Provided + Company Perks
