Job Description : Head of Sales & Marketing | FMCG ???? Location: Oman ???? Experience: 10+ Years We are looking for a dynamic FMCG Sales & Marketing Leader who can drive sales growth, lead brand marketing initiatives, strengthen distribution networks, and build market presence across Oman and export markets. ???? Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead sales strategy and achieve revenue targets across Oman and export markets. ???? Drive brand marketing activities, brand positioning, brand visibility, and market penetration across multiple FMCG categories. ???? Develop and execute brand plans, marketing campaigns, product launches, and line extensions. ???? Manage distributors, wholesalers, hypermarkets, modern trade, and key accounts. ???? Expand distribution channels and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies. ???? Handle pricing, trade marketing, promotional campaigns, and category growth initiatives. ???? Identify new business opportunities across e-commerce, quick commerce, and emerging channels. ???? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to strengthen brand performance. ???? Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales & Marketing team. ???? Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives. ? Candidate Profile: • 10+ years of experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing. • Strong experience in both brand marketing and sales management. • Experience managing multi-brand and multi-category portfolios. • Strong GCC retail, distribution, and market development exposure. • Understanding of Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E-commerce. • Proven team leadership and commercial strategy experience. • Exposure to household care, personal care, food, insecticides, or air care will be an advantage.
