Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR ANGOLA Director of Operations! Are you an experienced operations professional ready to take the lead across production, warehousing, maintenance and logistics? A leading distributor with an established footprint across Africa is looking for a hands-on leader to oversee operational performance, manage teams and budgets, and drive safe, efficient and cost-effective operations. You’ll play a key role in improving productivity, managing operational projects, maintaining quality and safety standards, and introducing continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll need: 5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations. At least 2 years’ experience within a multinational company. Experience with group reporting. Strong leadership, project management and cost-control skills. Experience in Lean Management and Health & Safety will be advantageous.
