Contract Manager

Job Description : Contract Manager – Integrated Facilities Management We are recruiting an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of an integrated Facilities Management contract within a major third-level education environment in Dublin. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can combine strong operational leadership with commercial awareness, technical FM understanding and first-class stakeholder management. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary service operation, ensuring consistent delivery across technical services, cleaning, security and specialist suppliers. The successful candidate will be visible on site, comfortable operating in a busy live environment and able to balance day-to-day service performance with longer-term compliance, improvement and financial objectives. The role Lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated Hard and Soft FM services. Manage technical service providers, electricians, cleaning teams, security services and specialist subcontractors. Ensure planned and reactive maintenance activity is delivered in line with contractual requirements, service standards and statutory obligations. Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying service issues early and implementing effective corrective actions.
