The opportunity The Managing Director will assume full P&L responsibility, leading commercial growth, brand competitiveness and operational transformation. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a strategy for profitable market expansion. Strengthen brand performance, distribution and revenue growth. Improve manufacturing efficiency, cost competitiveness and cash generation. Build an effective executive team and strengthen governance. Candidate profile An accomplished FMCG executive with substantial general management experience in beverages or related consumer categories. Demonstrable P&L leadership, commercial expertise, strategic judgement, and experience managing complex manufacturing and distribution operations are essential.
