Scope: Group-Level Strategic Leadership We are seeking a highly driven Chief of Staff to partner with senior leadership, accelerate business transformation, and drive the execution of strategic priorities across a diversified business group. This is an opportunity for an accomplished professional to influence executive decision-making, strengthen organizational performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple business units. ???? Key Responsibilities ?? Partner with the Group CTO/MD on strategic planning and executive decision-making. ?? Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and strategic projects. ?? Monitor business performance, KPIs, and execution milestones. ?? Strengthen executive governance, reporting, and accountability. ?? Support commercial strategy, financial analysis, and business growth initiatives. ?? Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across business units. ?? Evaluate strategic partnerships, expansion opportunities, and corporate development initiatives. ???? Ideal Candidate Profile ? 10–15 years of experience in Strategy, Business Transformation, Corporate Development, or Business Operations. ? Proven experience working closely with CEOs, MDs, CTOs, or C-suite executives. ? Exposure to Manufacturing, FMCG, Trading, Consumer Electronics, Chemicals, Distribution, or diversified business groups. ? Strong commercial acumen, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities. ???? MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
