General Manager

Job Description : GM for Hotel Operations to join an established Holding Company in the UAE. Candidates applying for this role should have 10-15 years experience on the operational side of high-end hotel brands. The candidate placed in this position will advise the board on strategies to increase revenues across their portfolio of assets. You will advise on capital improvements pitched by operators and work to rationalise these improvements with a focus on ROI. You will regularly visit our clients properties and liaise with operators and hotel staff. You will be responsible for managing P+L and reviewing annual budgets with a broad view to achieve established objectives.
