The opportunity The Manufacturing Director will provide leadership across production, engineering, maintenance, quality and continuous improvement, ensuring that manufacturing performance supports commercial growth. Key responsibilities Improve plant utilisation, production yield and overall equipment effectiveness. Lead manufacturing improvement and capital investment initiatives. Strengthen food safety, quality assurance, engineering and HSE. Develop plant management capability and operational accountability. Candidate profile A senior manufacturing executive with substantial experience in food processing or FMCG production. Demonstrable expertise in operational transformation, manufacturing systems, cost reduction, and technical team leadership is required.
