Job Description : Deputy CEO – Oil & Gas EPC We are currently seeking a senior leadership professional for the position of Deputy CEO – Oil & Gas EPC, based in Gurugram. Experience: 25+ Years Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC Level: Executive Leadership Key Requirements: 25+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC Strong experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects with exposure to both Onshore and Offshore projects. Proven experience in P&L management and business leadership. Strong track record in business strategy, growth and project development & execution. Experience managing large-scale projects from concept through commissioning. Strong commercial, contract, stakeholder and client management experience. Experience in managing large teams and driving operational excellence. Prior experience as Business Head, President, Executive Director, COO or equivalent senior leadership role will be preferred. The role will involve driving business strategy, P&L, growth, operational excellence, project execution, commercial activities and key stakeholder relationships. ???? Location: Gurugram
