Job Description : PHARMA PLANT HEAD JOKOPING SWEDEN Open to International candidates Experience: 18+ Years ????? Project Type: Greenfield Project Medium-Sized Manufacturing Plant Candidates must have strong OSD manufacturing experience along with exposure to Dry Powder Injection (DPI) or Pellet Manufacturing. - Current designation must be Plant Head / Production Head / Operations Head / Quality Head or an equivalent senior leadership position. - Proven experience in managing overall pharmaceutical plant operations with strong technical and managerial capabilities. - Strong understanding of cGMP, WHO-GMP. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Overall Plant Leadership & Operations Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations across OSD and Dry Powder Injection or Pellet manufacturing facilities. - Develop and execute production strategies to achieve manufacturing targets, productivity, quality and delivery commitments. - Ensure effective coordination between Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, PPIC, EHS and other support functions. - Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, resource utilization and continuous improvement initiatives. 2. OSD, Dry Powder Injection & Pellet Manufacturing Oversee manufacturing operations, process controls, batch execution and production planning. - Ensure effective management of applicable manufacturing processes, equipment, yields, productivity and product quality. - Establish robust manufacturing practices, process consistency and adherence to approved batch manufacturing records. - Drive troubleshooting, deviation reduction, CAPA implementation and prevention of recurring production issues. 4. Quality, Compliance Readiness Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP and applicable regulatory requirements. - Work closely with QA and QC to maintain data integrity, documentation standards, change control and deviation management. - Lead inspection readiness, internal audits, regulatory audits and timely closure of observations. - Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, contamination control and environmental compliance. 5. People Management & Business Performance Build, lead and develop a competent technical and managerial workforce. - Establish departmental KPIs, review performance and implement corrective actions. - Monitor production costs, capacity utilization, manpower productivity and manufacturing efficiency. - Report plant performance, operational risks and strategic priorities to senior management.
