Job Description : PROJECT HEAD EAST AFRICA 25+ years experience Role & responsibilities: Power Distribution Projects in Africa 1. Manage multiple projects & responsible for its P&L, 2. Manage EPC project schedules, and resource loading, 3. Coordinate and lead meetings, scheduling updates and addressing outstanding 'open items' as required, 4. Reviewing and monitoring job costs versus budgets, 5. Work with procurement team to properly manage ordering, approval and delivery scheduling of materials and services, 6. Effectively communicate plans, expectations, deliverables to team, 7. Strong interpersonal, organizational, creative problem-solving, collaboration and leadership skills, Preferred candidate profile 1. Engineering Graduate Electrical (Mandatory) PMP (Optional) 2. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications o Knowledge of French Language (Optional) 3. Working experience in African Geography will be given preference 4.Exceptional communication skills, 5. Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner, 6. Have coordinated department and interdepartmental teams, 7. Project management experience in EPC for transmission, distribution or substation construction projects, 8. Knowledgeable with specifications, proposals to prepare time/ cost/ labor estimates for projects and services, 9. Ability to provide valid and timely solutions, o Knowledge of Environment, Health, Safety and Social issues and its related regulations,
