Job Description : General Manager | Qatar Position General Manager Company: A.N.D Trading Co. Role Description: The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple salon locations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience managing multiple departments, driving business performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high standards of service across all locations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the company and its branches • Lead and coordinate Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and other support functions • Monitor branch performance, revenue, expenses, productivity and operational targets • Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and profitability • Ensure consistent service standards and excellent customer experience across all branches • Lead department heads, supervisors and management teams and ensure accountability for results • Review operational reports, KPIs and business performance and take corrective action where required • Oversee staffing requirements, workforce planning and overall employee performance • Work closely with HR on recruitment, employee relations, performance management and organizational requirements • Coordinate with Finance on budgets, expenses, payments and cost control • Ensure company policies, procedures and operational standards are properly implemented • Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions and process improvements • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and other business partners • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements • Provide regular business and operational updates to ownership/management • Support business expansion, new projects and other strategic initiatives. Requirements: • Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior management position • Strong experience managing business operations and multiple departments• Experience in the beauty, salon, hospitality, retail or service industry is preferred • Strong leadership and people-management skills • Good understanding of budgeting, cost control and business performance• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to manage multiple branches, departments and priorities simultaneously. •Previous management experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
