Job Description : CEO – Thermal Power EPC to lead large-scale thermal power projects, drive execution excellence, and strengthen project delivery capabilities. Key Requirements: ? 20+ years of experience in the power sector, with strong expertise in Thermal Power EPC ? Extensive experience in engineering, procurement, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of thermal power plants ? Strong technical understanding of boilers, turbines, generators, and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems ? Proven track record in executing large-scale thermal power projects from conceptualisation to commissioning ? Expertise in project planning, contract management, cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery ? Strong leadership experience across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams ? Sound understanding of safety standards, statutory compliance, and quality management Ideal Candidate: A seasoned Thermal Power EPC leader with demonstrated expertise in large-scale project execution, construction management, and commissioning.
