Job Description : DEPUTY HEAD, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (Indian Expat) Location: Nigeria Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / Trading Experience: 12–18 years We are seeking an experienced Deputy Head – Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including import/export, customs clearance, logistics, warehousing, inventory, transportation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Manage import & export operations and shipment documentation • Handle Form M, PAAR, SONCAP, NXP and customs processes • Coordinate with Customs, banks, shipping lines, terminals, freight forwarders and regulatory agencies • Ensure timely customs clearance and minimize demurrage/storage costs • Oversee nationwide logistics, transportation and distribution • Manage warehouse operations, inventory control and stock reconciliation • Monitor logistics costs, ERP bookings and operational MIS • Lead and develop supply chain, logistics and warehouse teams • Drive process improvement, cost optimization and operational efficiency Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field • 12–18 years’ relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export and warehouse management • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Customs and import/export regulations is mandatory • Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG or Trading is preferred • Strong knowledge of PAAR, SONCAP, Form M, NXP, HS Code classification and customs clearance
