Head Maintenance

Job Description : Head Maintenance – Rigid Plastic Packaging – PET Bottles, PET Preforms, Caps amp; Closures KENYA Experience: 15 to 18 Years Salary: INR 2,500,000 - INR 3,000,000 / Annum Key Responsibilities Lead complete Engineering and Maintenance operations. Manage PET Injection, ISBM/Blow Moulding, Injection amp; Compression Moulding equipment. Drive Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, TPM, RCA, OEE and machine reliability. Manage PLC/Automation, Electrical systems, Utilities, HVAC, Compressors, Chillers, DGs, etc. Lead CAPEX projects, energy optimisation, spares and maintenance cost control.Ensure EHS, statutory compliance and effective team development. Preferred: Experience in PET/Plastic Packaging with exposure to Husky, SACMI, ASB, Sidel, Krones, Netstal, Engel, Krauss Maffei, Ferromatik, Milacron or equivalent.
