Sales and Service Manager

Job Description : Sales and Service Manager (Air Compressor) West Africa Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Min 10 Years Salary: Up to 2000$ net savings per month Expatriate Benefits: Accommodation, Local Allowances, Utilities, Transportation, Visa & Ticket, Paid Annual Leave Key Responsibilities • Build relationships with key customers (mining, cement, oil & gas, manufacturing, food processing, construction) and partners (distributors, dealers) • Negotiate high-value contracts with industrial and government clients • Conduct market research; define pricing and positioning • Set KPIs and monitor sales and service team performance • Oversee service operations: troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance • Develop maintenance contracts to improve customer retention • Manage service engineers and technicians; ensure spare parts availability • Train technicians, customers, and dealers • Knowledge of brands (Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, Kaeser) and compressor types (reciprocating, screw, centrifugal, portable) • Current experience in Africa or the Middle East; multi-country management track record • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Willing to travel extensively across West Africa
