Job Description : Head- Production (GM/Sr.Gm) BASLE SWITZERLAND Open to International candidates Department :- API Pharmaceutical Mfg Qualification :-M.Sc. in Chemistry / B.E. or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering Typical Experience : 2–25 years in bulk drug / API manufacturing (with experience managing multiple production blocks or a full plant) Industries :- Only USFDA API Pharmaceutical manufacturing company ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations Leadership: Oversee overall API production operations across multiple manufacturing blocks (e.g., reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, micronization, and packaging). Compliance amp; Quality: Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, ICH guidelines, USFDA, EMA, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards. Productivity ; Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing yields, cycle times, throughput, and solvent recovery while reducing production costs. Audits Investigations: Lead regulatory, customer, and internal plant audits; manage root-cause investigations for deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), CAPA, and change controls.
