Job Description : MAINTENANCE HEAD DUBAI UAE Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering with 20+ years experience managing large workshop teams and expertise in hydraulic systems Plan and supervise workshop operations, lead 300+ employees, oversee mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic maintenance, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with departments, and improve productivity Plan, organize, and supervise daily workshop operations and maintenance activities. • Lead and manage a workforce of more than 300 employees, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and support staff. • Oversee mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work. • Allocate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials according to workload and operational priorities. • Monitor work progress and ensure jobs are completed on time and in line with quality requirements. • Ensure employees follow company procedures, workplace safety rules, and applicable regulations. • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and other departments to meet workshop requirements. • Monitor the availability and proper use of workshop tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials. • Identify operational issues and implement improvements to productivity, efficiency, and service quality. • Prepare and review work schedules, manpower plans, performance updates, and workshop reports. • Support employee training and monitor the performance and development of supervisors and technical staff. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering field. • At least 20 years of relevant experience in workshop, maintenance, or engineering operations. • Proven experience managing a large workforce of 300 or more employees. • Strong background in hydraulic systems and mechanical workshop activities, with knowledge of electrical and instrumentation work. • Age: 45 years and above.
