Job Description : DAIRY OLANT MANAGER JAMAICA Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Dairy Technology or Food Technology Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end plant operations and production planning.Oversee production of SMP, WMP and dairy whitener. Handle spray dryers, evaporators and milk powder processing operations. Ensure product quality, food safety and FSSAI compliance.Drive process optimization, yield improvement and cost reduction.Manage manpower, plant performance and cross-functional coordination.Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP and GMP standards. Candidate Requirements15+ years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing.Strong expertise in spray drying, evaporators, SMP and WMP production.Excellent leadership and plant management skills.
