The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, a founder's mindset, and proven expertise in building profitable retail businesses. ???? Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive retail strategy, business expansion, and complete P&L ownership. 2. Build and scale premium lifestyle and luxury retail operations. 3. Lead merchandising, product development, sourcing, and supply chain. 4. Develop omnichannel strategies and high-performing teams. ???? Ideal Candidate Profile: 1. 10–15 years of experience in retail, luxury, or premium lifestyle brands. 2. Minimum 5 years of P&L ownership in a CEO, Business Head, or Founder role. 3. Proven success in launching or scaling retail brands in India. 4. Strong leadership, commercial, and execution capabilities. 5. Experience in experiential or hospitality-linked retail is an advantage.
