Job Description : Plastic_Factory_Manager | Fiji We are looking for an experienced Plastic Factory Manager to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations in a plastic production facility in Fiji. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in plastic manufacturing, moulding operations, production planning, quality control, and factory management. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage overall plastic factory production operations ? Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance are achieved ? Reduce waste and improve operational efficiency ? Monitor machine performance and maintenance activities ? Manage mould fitting, adjustments, and troubleshooting ? Lead and supervise production teams and local workforce ? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports ? Implement process improvements and cost-control measures ? Ensure smooth coordination between production, quality, and maintenance departments Requirements: ? 10+ years of experience in Plastic Manufacturing / Factory Management ? Strong knowledge of plastic moulding and production processes ? Leadership and team management skills ? Good communication and problem-solving abilities ?
