Job Description : General Manager / Assistant Vice President – Biological R&D (mAbs) Location: Hyderabad Job Description: We are looking for an accomplished R&D leader for the position of GM/AVP – Biological R&D (Monoclonal Antibodies – mAbs) with a strong background in biotechnology and biologics research and development. The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Biotechnology with 20+ years of relevant experience in biological R&D, specifically in monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). The candidate should have extensive expertise in biologics research, mAb discovery and development, process development, analytical characterization, technology transfer, and scale-up activities. The role involves leading biological R&D programs, driving scientific innovation, overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements, and supporting the development of biologics from early research through clinical and commercial development. Candidates with proven leadership experience in biologics R&D and a strong track record in monoclonal antibody development are encouraged to apply.
