Job Description : CEO – EUROPE BUSINESS | AUTOMOTIVE An opportunity to build, lead and scale. iSKY Global Leadership Advisory is inviting expressions of interest on behalf of our client for a CEO – Europe Business opportunity. We are seeking an accomplished automotive leader who can translate European growth ambitions into customers, partnerships, local capabilities and measurable business results. THE MANDATE • European business leadership: Shape the regional strategy, lead business performance and drive sustainable, profitable growth. • Market development: Identify priority markets, build customer relationships and strengthen appropriate dealer, distributor and after-sales networks. • European assembly strategy: Develop investment proposals for a suitable European assembly footprint. Evaluate owned facilities, contract assembly and partnership models, including major components supplied from the group’s manufacturing facility in China and appropriate local sourcing. • OEM partnerships and JVs: Identify and evaluate partnerships with European OEMs and other suitable organisations to accelerate market entry, strengthen capabilities and support wider penetration. • European team building: Recruit and develop the leadership and functional teams needed across commercial, operations, supply chain and customer support. • Cross-border execution: Align the European organisation with headquarters and manufacturing teams on product requirements, supply, quality, delivery and customer expectations. Assembly investments and JV opportunities will require robust business cases and the necessary approvals. THE IDEAL PROFILE A senior automotive leader with: — Demonstrated success in European markets. — Strong commercial judgement and business/P&L leadership. — Experience building teams and managing cross-cultural stakeholders. — The ability to connect market opportunities with operational execution. Experience in market entry, assembly projects or strategic partnerships would be particularly relevant.
