IRELAND Open to International candidates We’re looking for an experienced quality professional to lead and strengthen our Quality Assurance function across nutraceuticals and botanical extract operations. ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, deviations, CAPA, change control, document control, and risk management. Ensure GMP compliance and quality oversight across raw materials, botanical extracts, manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and finished products. Establish supplier qualification, vendor audits, raw-material approval, and incoming quality systems. Plan and lead internal audits, customer audits, third-party audits, and regulatory inspections; ensure timely closure of observations. Support compliance with applicable FSSAI, AYUSH, GMP, HACCP and international market requirements. Oversee process validation, cleaning validation, equipment qualification, calibration, and other quality-related validation activities. Manage product specifications, analytical method validation, stability programs, investigations, and product-quality review. Partner with R&D, Production, Analytical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to support technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization. Build, mentor, and develop a capable QA team while promoting a strong quality culture. ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? 20+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, herbal products, botanical extracts, or allied regulated manufacturing. Strong working knowledge of GMP, QMS, audits, deviations, CAPA, change control, validation, supplier quality, and documentation systems. Experience with botanical raw materials, herbal extraction, nutraceutical manufacturing, and product commercialization will be an advantage. Demonstrated ability to establish or strengthen QA systems, lead teams, manage cross-functional priorities, and drive continuous improvement. Relevant qualification in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
