Job Description : Head of Estimation and; Bidding OMAN Experienced professional with strong leadership capabilities in estimation, tendering and bidding for major EPC projects.Expertise in cost estimation, tender preparation, BOQ review, commercial and technical bid evaluation, risk assessment, pricing strategy, vendor/subcontractor quotations and bid submission.Strong background in Oil and; Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery or industrial EPC projects.Experience leading estimation teams and coordinating with engineering, procurement, project management and commercial departments. ????
