Experience: 18–20 Years Are you a business leader who knows how to turn strategy into results, drive profitable growth, and manage large-scale operations? We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead business operations, strengthen market presence, and drive overall business performance across the Country. What will you be responsible for? ???? Leading overall business operations, strategy, and profitability ???? Driving FMCG trading, sales, and distribution growth ???? Managing supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and inventory ???? Overseeing commercial operations and market expansion ???? Building high-performing teams and improving operational efficiency ???? Strengthening business processes, governance, and stakeholder relationships Who are we looking for? ?? 18–20 years of overall professional experience ?? Strong background in trading amp; Distribution — mandatory ?? 5–8 years in a senior Pamp;L, Business Head, General Management, or COO-level role ?? Proven expertise in leading large teams and multi-location operations ?? Experience in automotive or two-wheeler businesses will be an added advantage ?? Africa experience, particularly in Central, East, or West Africa, is preferred ?? MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business Management is desirable We are looking for a commercially strong, hands-on leader with excellent execution skills and the ability to deliver sustainable business growth in a dynamic market.
