Compensation: ?1.5 crore per annum + Experience: More than 20 years of relevant exp. The ideal candidate will bring: ? Strategic HR leadership experience across complex, multi-location manufacturing operations. ? A demonstrated track record in organisational transformation, leadership development and succession planning. ? Depth in industrial and employee relations, alongside experience building a performance-driven culture. ? The commercial acumen and judgement to partner with senior management on growth, productivity and organisational effectiveness. ? The ability to translate strategic priorities into consistent execution across corporate and plant teams.
