Job Description : VP OPERATIONS CANADA/NORTH AMERICA Open to International candidates EXP ---25+ Vice President of Operations Join a growing food manufacturing organization and provide executive leadership across seven manufacturing and distribution facilities. THE OPPORTUNITY The Vice President of Operations will be a key member of the Executive Committee, partnering with executive leadership to establish corporate strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, allocate capital, and execute long-term operational initiatives that improve profitability, scalability, and customer satisfaction. IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE This leader will provide executive oversight G for Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Food Safety, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Continuous Improvement, and Plant Leadership. BS degree. Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach. Multi-plant leadership of food and beverage plants with a preference for ingredients. Ability to align manufacturing strategy with business objectives while developing strong leadership teams and fostering a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Must be willing to work with a certain amount of ambiguity. Plant start-up experience is a plus.
