Warehouse Manager

Job Description : Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of a large industrial warehouse facility in Sharjah (UAE) catering to the storage of capital equipment, heavy inventory, steel, construction materials and industrial products. This role will be responsible for complete management of the facility, including warehouse operations, tenant relations, space utilization, inventory control, safety compliance, maintenance, security, staffing and daily reporting to ownership. Requirements:- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field. Minimum 8-12 years warehouse management experience with at least 5 years in independent warehouse manager role. UAE/GCC experience preferred; Experience in managing industrial warehouses, logistics facilities, steel yards or construction material storage operations; Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, HSE standards and inventory management; Experience in managing teams and third-party contractors; UAE/GCC experience preferred; Strong reporting and communication skills Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations; Oversee customer/tenant relationships Maximize warehouse occupancy and efficiency; Ensure safety, security and facility maintenance; Lead warehouse personnel and contractors; Provide daily operational reports to management; Inventory & Asset Control (Inventory accuracy, stock verification, movement records and loss prevention) Location: Sharjah, UAE
