Head of Distribution

Job Description : Head of Distribution | Confidential Retail Organization – BGC, Taguig PHILIPPINES We are looking to speak with experienced Distribution / Commercial professionals with 3–5 years of experience, ideally with backgrounds in offline distribution, retail, FMCG, beauty, or consumer, and experience in: • Driving sales targets, revenue growth, and profitable business growth • Managing P&L for a distribution or commercial business • Developing and executing commercial and sales strategies • Building and managing relationships with offline channel partners • Working closely with brand principals to grow their business in the Philippine market • Expanding distribution coverage and channel partnerships • Developing pricing strategies, sales promotions, incentives, and commercial campaigns • Building and leading a high-performing distribution team • Overseeing inventory forecasting, planning, and supply chain coordination • Identifying new channels and commercial opportunities • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and commercial skills • Experience with online/e-commerce channels is an advantage • Familiarity with Philippine FDA processes and regulations is preferred • Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented leadership style
