Job Description : PHARMA SITE HEAD DENAMRK Open to International candidates Experience: 22-30 Years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead overall site operations and ensure achievement of production and business targets. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, EHS, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Oversee manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, warehouse, and administration. Drive operational excellence, productivity. cost optimization, and continuous improvement. Ensure product quality, data integrity, and timely batch release in coordination with QA/QC. Manage budgets, resources, capacity planning, and site performance KPIs. Lead audits, inspections, CAPA, deviations, change control, and risk management. Build and mentor cross-functional teams and succession capability. Maintain safety culture, environmental compliance, and emergency preparedness.
