QA/QC MANAGER

Job Description : QA/QC MANAGER | Qatar ???? Location: Doha, Qatar ???? Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals ???? Project Type: EPCC | Long-Term Brite Consult is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality management across major Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards. ???? Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (mandatory). Professional Quality Certification such as CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (mandatory). Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical expansion or EPCC projects. At least 5 years in a QA/QC leadership role with team management responsibility. Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), audits, risk registers, and EPCC contractual requirements. Experience across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Mechanical Completion. Knowledge of client Integrated Management Systems, inspection coordination, vendor surveillance, and fabrication quality control.
