Job Description : GM RESORT CARIBBEAN Luxury boutique resort in the Caribbean is seeking a strong all-round leader ready to step up as General Manager of this intimate 20+ room property. A hands-on leadership role for a guest-focused hotelier who will lead the full resort team across Rooms, F&B, Maintenance and back office. ???? Required Attributes: • Currently a strong Director of F&B or Director of Rooms, ready to step up to General Manager • Prior Caribbean experience is essential • A mix of Rooms and F&B experience is highly advantageous • Hands-on, visible leader with excellent guest skills • Confident overseeing Rooms, F&B, Maintenance and back office teams • Comfortable living and working in an intimate island setting ????
