Job Description : Lead Commercial Evaluations and Process | Dubai, UAE Paragon is supporting an oil and gas operator in the search for a Lead Commercial Evaluations and Process to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The Role: To evaluate and advise on the commerciality of growth opportunities, develop the economic models that support them, and improve Growth Office processes and portfolio reporting to support management make value-driven decisions. Candidate Requirements:· Bachelor Degree in Engineering Management or Business Management, or closely related discipline· Certificate: Lean six sigma certification amp; Masters Degree is a plus· Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in Business Management, Business development, Engineering, and Project management, across a diverse range of Upstream and integrated Oil/Gas projects. Experience in Economic evaluation and modeling· Record of M&A and concession evaluation, including support in commercial negotiations
