The incumbent will be responsible for aligning HR policies and practices with business objectives, supporting regional expansion, managing international project manpower, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the EPC industry, proven exposure to Middle East operations, and the ability to manage multicultural and geographically dispersed workforces.
