Job Description : Maintenance Manager – Blow Moulding We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing company in Pune. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in blow moulding maintenance, including metal blow tube bending processes. Responsibilities include leading plant maintenance operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, machine reliability, equipment performance, and minimizing downtime. Strong technical knowledge, team leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Automotive manufacturing experience will be preferred. Experience: 10+ years Salary Budget: Up to ?12 LPA
