Job Description : INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER FMCG OUT OF DELHI Role & Responsibilities: 1. To identify International markets & customers for sale of Basmati Rice. 2. To initiate and conclude new business deals. 3. To monitor & ensure that shipment schedule is met. 4. Monitor the effective implementation of international business development activities. 5. Develop & implement individual business plans for each country. 6. Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development. 7. Analyze & implement business strategies and develop improvement plans for the same & to provide appropriate future growth to business. 8. Aptitude for creating, developing and implementing business for the group from the basic. 9. Identifying and mapping business strengths and client needs. 10. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams and preparation of pricing strategies. 11. Following industry trends locally and internationally and ensure compliance to all statutory regulations. 12. Review competitor plans and prepare an analysis. 13. Maintain client communications and effective relationships with all stakeholders. Basic Competencies: - Masters in International Business with 8 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing of rice or related commodities. - Knowledge of National/International Statutory Compliances. - Professional demeanor. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to negotiate. - The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team. - Strong Sales techniques. - Result oriented and go getter.
