Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description : COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER UAE Acting as a finance business partner, with the commercial organisation to deliver high-performance results. Understand short, mid, and long-term targets and integrate them into the decision-making process during business cases Responsibilities · Act as a financial advisor to the CMO & CFO and influences the decision process to deliver superior performance. · Establish close work relation with Cluster Heads in different geographies across MEA region and develops good understanding of market dynamics. · Proactively work with the Leadership team to identify gaps and define counter measures. · Leads business cases and investment feasibility analysis for new and existing customer proposals. · Provides in-depth profitability analysis on commercial business segments · Provide clear guidance to the organization of the key levers to improve the financial performance of the business, with a strong focus on pricing and mix analysis aiming to maximize profitability. · Responsible to gather, validate and analyze commercial inputs for budget and 5 year plan P&L and B/S. Experience and Skills Required · Essential: 8-10 years of experience Computer Knowledge: · Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) · SAP, QV, Cognos TM1 knowledge (desirable) ?Qualifications · Degree in business or comparable education with a focus on Controlling. · Post Graduate is desirable.
