Job Description : FACILITY HEAD UAE UAE based Building Management Expert. Work Location- Fujairah UAE Graduate with minimum 10-15 years experience in handling Building Facilities Management etc. Must be experienced in Building Capacity Management, Budgeting, Facilities Management, Rent Management, Occupancy forecast etc. Must possess analytic skills to forecast occupancy fluctuations etc. based on rent market situations. Must be well versed with all aspects of Building Management including technical knowledge and hands on experience in A/Cs, Elevators, Electrical Infrastructure etc. Must have handled large building management projects on his own with capacity of 200+ apartments / offices. Must be a highly motivated person, self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a hands-on person with willingness to resolve the issues by his own if need arises. Must have experience in resource planning, recruitment, training of team members and optimize the resources for cost-savings and high productivity. Must be well versed in English, Arabic knowledge will be a plus.
