Marketing Head

Job Description : MARKETING HEAD FOR PAINT BANGLADESH/EGYPT Sales & Marketing experience; preferably 6-8 years in both in Deco Paints Role Description Job Purpose  Responsible for planning & driving all marketing initiatives and processes in the unit  Responsible for planning & driving product activation in the unit Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas Key Performance Indicators Marketing & Activation Role  Formulation of marketing plans and calendar to achieve unit goals  Development and implementation of Brand/ Product initiatives for the network and end consumers - Product Branding and communications  Development of Retailing initiatives for the unit  Support and build capabilities at local level for unit on various areas like New product development, Retailing, Corporate, Digital, Activation, Influencer loyalty management.  Lead the digital marketing initiatives for the unit (Website, social media, consumer/ dealer apps)  Work along with internal and external stakeholders, consumers for conducting market research and build marketing plans  Coordinate with the Marketing team to roll out marketing programs and plan for future programs  Develop and lead activation team to roll out product activations to achieve product goals  Sales Volume and implementation of Brand/ Product initiatives for the network and end consumers  Specific initiatives with sales targets, PRI, specific milestones  Design & No. of stores implemented  Good understanding of marketing concepts an ability to generate consumer Insights; Ability to work with teams and lead from the front  No. of initiatives/ user engagement  Achievement orientation and delivery of key objectives; Ability to reach out to new avenues and different stake holders for gathering the inputs  Ability to build professional network and interpersonal relations
