Project Sales Manager
8 yearsJob Description : PROJECT SALES MANAGER KSA A leading manufacturing of custom made furnitures in the region. Your Role: Reporting to the GM, you will be responsible for overall sales responsibility for the project within the territory by managing the entire value chain of sales such as prospecting, enquiry management, negotiations, order executive and order closure. Provide proposals on customization and interior designing services to its current and existing clients. Assist in setting sales targets for the team and monitor the progress. Review operational records and determine sales profitability. Establish effective relationships and collaborations with a local partner. Proactively identify challenges in the market to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly. Must-Have: 5+ years of relevant project sales experience, B2B woodworks experience with a high level of creativity along with technical knowledge in interior design, fabrication and furniture manufacturing. Exceptional selling and negotiation skills. Knowledge and experience in Saudi market. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is a plus. Degree holder in Business Administration or related field. Transferable Iqama is a must. Technical Skills: · Knowledge in material (flooring, fabrics, metal, wood) · Creating floor plans, elevations, electrical, 3D renders · Overseeing implementation of design on-site · Using software: AutoCAD / Sketchup
