Job Description : Finance Manager - Hotel Portfolio Dubai Urgent requirement for a Finance Manager for Hotel Portfolios to join an established Holding Company in the UAE. Candidates applying for this role should have 101- years post-qualified experience and should have a proven track record of managing a hotel portfolios financial and commercial matters. You scill be responsible for analysing the annual budget of each asset and highlighting areas where costs can be reduced and optirnised. You kvill prepare financial reports and identify the best zero base cost management formulas for our client's assets. You should have solid experience reviewing legal contracts which includes amendments to management agreements as well as new or ascended franchise agreements. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - 10-15 years post graduate experience - Chartered Accountant - MUST have managedthe Finance for a portfolio of luxury hotels
