Project Controls Director

Job Description : PROJECT CONTROLS DIRECTOR KUWAIT main contractor specliased in building projects within the GCC. Job Description · Create and implement project tracking framework to include scheduling, cost/budget, risk, safety and quality · Provide guidance to project control issues · Analyze and evaluate current project status against baseline construciton schedule · Create and manage document control system across project portfolio · Supervise performance of Line Managers and Cost/Planning personnel against Project Control measures · Develop and maintain critical paths across current developments The Successful Applicant · Strong background within cost control, planning and scheduling · 20 years of experience minimum · Bachelors degree in the relevant field, engineering/quantity surveying · Kuwait experience preferred
