Sales Manager

Job Description : Leading Group engaged in Hardware and PVC Pipes in East Africa requires Sales Manager. Location: Nairobi Report to: General Manager Main Duties & Responsibilities: To efficiently handle the Sales operations of Company – PVC division which includes but not limited to the following: a. Who has worked in Africa ( preferably East Africa ) b. Worked in PVC Pipes division a. Monitor Sales per day of the Branch and to take necessary measures. b. Identify lacking of Sales target per Sales person and to discuss with that particular individual sale executive to boost his sales to achieve his target. c. Identify Sales per product category and to boost the sales with focus on target market d. Identifying the need of product training per sales executive and to arrange the same. e. To monitor the gross profit per sales executive and to guide to make necessary correction.
