Job Description : Country Manager UAE, Oman & Bahrain In this role, you will further develop ABI’s business in UAE, Oman & Bahrain Identification and implementation of route to market strategies while ensuring the right position of our brands within the competitive environment increasing market share and profitability leveraging new business opportunities by expanding the distribution of the ABI brand portfolio with our current partner enhancing a sustainable positioning and brand equity of our global brands in line with global strategies strengthening the strategic partnerships with local partners Accelerate growth & implement innovation The role: The Country Manager shall be primarily responsible for the following: Increase market share and profitability P&L responsibility and analysis, debit management Negotiation of annual terms and conditions Develop & Execution of the AOP plan Acquisition of new customers PDCA analysis and identification of opportunity/gaps in existing countries & other countries in the region. To ensure a structured and detailed reporting system with customer and within ABI. Development of marketing and strategy plans for the ABI portfolio in line with global strategies Positioning of ABI portfolio and global brands in line with global strategies Development of acceleration and investment plans while ensuring ROI Development of launch plans, innovation and renovation Implementation of globally developed marketing campaigns/toolkits To intensify the strategic partnership with local partners Involvement and Support of ABI technical/quality team in implementing new projects and managing existing licenses Support cooperation between customer and Shared Service Center to ensure highest service level Execution of distribution and/or license agreements Job Qualifications Who we are looking for: Education: Graduate level qualification. Business degree preferred with specific commercial and marketing education. Experience: From 12-15 years of commercial experience, preferably international and within the beverage or FMCG industry. Sales and marketing experience Fluent English Competencies: Excellent communication skills Negotiation tactics Legal understanding Team-oriented, ownership understanding and high motivation to address challenges as opportunities. Impactful with leadership qualities. Target and result orientation Adjustment capability to different characters and cultures Budget management, Financial understanding, P&L Management Time and project management Business and sales analysis / Analytical skills Market research and insights tools Development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies Execution and implementation of marketing activities
